All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) for domestic orders and may vary for international customers.

9. Purchase Price

The price listed at the time of purchase is the final price you pay. It includes applicable taxes and shipping charges (as outlined in our Shipping Policy), unless explicitly stated otherwise.

10. Price Disclaimer & Colour Disclaimer

• Prices may fluctuate based on promotions, offers, or policy changes

• We strive to display accurate product images, but colour variations may occur due to lighting, photography, and device screen settings

Slight differences in fabric texture, weave, or colour do not qualify as defects.

11. Payment

We accept:

• UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking (India)

• Razorpay, PayPal, and international card gateways (Global)

All transactions are securely processed through trusted third-party payment gateways. We do not store your payment data.

a. Return Policy

Returns are only accepted for:

• Manufacturing defects

• Incorrect items shipped

• Damaged goods (reported within 48 hours)

All returns must be:

• Unused and in original packaging

• Shipped back within 5 days of return authorization

• Accompanied by the original invoice and tags

Store credit will be issued for eligible returns. No cash refunds.

b. Cancellations by Us

We may cancel an order if:

• The product is out of stock

• There’s a pricing or listing error

• Payment is flagged for fraud

• The shipping address is undeliverable

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed as store credit or to the original payment method.

c. Cancellations by You

• You may cancel your order before it is shipped

• Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled

d. Products Not Eligible for Return or Exchange

• Sarees that have been worn, tried on, unfolded, or altered

• Custom-stitched or personalized products

• Items showing signs of use or damage post-delivery

• Sarees with natural handloom variations, which are not defects

13. E-Gift Cards

• E-gift cards are non-refundable and non-redeemable for cash

• Cannot be used to purchase other gift cards

• Valid only on rizzfabrics.in

14. Your Rights

You retain rights under applicable consumer protection laws. These terms do not affect your statutory rights.

15. Feedback

We value your feedback! Any suggestions, reviews, or testimonials submitted to Rizz Fabrics may be used for marketing purposes — unless you request otherwise.

By submitting feedback, you grant us non-exclusive rights to use it without additional approval or compensation.
